How do I buyout my subscription products?
You can do so yourself in your subscription profile, or you can let us know at [email protected] and we will send you a quote.
Your warranty applies from the buyout date.
What if the bulb breaks?
You send us the broken product back, we send you a new one. You have an unlimited warranty while your subscription is active.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You send or bring the products back to:

With a note containing your name, phone and email so we can match the returned product to your subscription.
We cancel your subscription and refund your deposit when we receive the product.
Is there a discount for older subscription bulbs?
You get an unlimited warranty with an active subscription, if you buy out your subscription, you get 5 year warranty starting on the buy out date.
